Anfaal Asmadi
Teacher Anfaal was among the first students of Mount Safa International School. As an alumnus (class of 2016), she progressed to study in and graduate from the University of Reading Malaysia with a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Science (Psychology). Equipped with knowledge in developmental psychology, she turned to teaching children and adolescents in Mount Safa. She firmly believes that the safe-guarding of students’ emotional and psychological well-being will positively impact their educational journey and achievements. That principle moved her to set up the Students’ Guidance Unit in Mount Safa International School which she founded and has been leading to this day. With the aim to provide guidance to students through emotional and spiritual support, she has created amicable rapport with students across the levels, all in an attempt to improve and encourage good mental health for sustained interpersonal and intrapersonal personality development. Over her years in Mount Safa International School, she has also served as a senior teacher and has since proceeded to take on the position of Vice Principal (administration) alongside her other roles. Her passion to reach and guide youths continues to extend to her current endeavours as she enhances the school’s system to accommodate to the needs of parents and their children: our students.
